Established in 2008, Sweet Ocean Headwear Group is a custom hat manufacturer based in Dongguan, Guangdong — China's hub for cap production. Our factory in Shipai and our headquarters in Nancheng together house over 100 skilled professionals covering design, plate making, cutting, sewing, embroidery, ironing, packaging and quality control.

We produce baseball caps, snapbacks, trucker hats, bucket hats, knitted beanies, sport caps, sun visors and oversized caps, shipping to over 30 countries across Western Europe, Northern Europe, North America and Australia. Minimum order starts at 100 pieces.

Our caps are made under SEDEX, ISO 9001 and Oeko-Tex 100 certification, with strict quality control across 22 production steps. We are a licensed global partner of Disney, Coca-Cola, Lonsdale and Walmart.
